BISP Taleemi Wazaif July 2025: Stipends Live in 80+ Districts How Much You Get & How to Check
The government has officially initiated the release of the July 2025 payment of Benazir Taleemi Wazaif. More than 80 of Pakistan’s 130 districts have now started receiving this education stipend, and this is expected to help poor families keep their children in school.
You have a high probability of receiving this financial assistance if you are a registered beneficiary of BISP and your child is enrolled in a school. The majority of the people have no idea how to check their status, the amount they are to receive, or whether they have received the payment yet.
Here in this article ,you will find all about it, the eligibility criteria, the amount of stipend, and how you can know your status online, through a text message, or by visiting a local center.

What Is Taleemi Wazaif?
Taleemi Wazaif is a conditional education support program of BISP. It offers school-going children of BISP beneficiaries a quarterly stipend, subject to the regular attendance condition. The minimum criteria is at least 70 percent attendance per term time.
The goal is straightforward: to assist poor families with paying their basic education fees, so that they do not have to take their children out of school due to financial strain.
These funds are independent of the ordinary BISP Kafalat stipend (Rs 14,500) and are distributed in the name of the child, although mothers and other guardians are the ones who receive it.
July 2025 Payment Rollout
In July 2025, BISP initiated the second phase of Taleemi Wazaif disbursement, coinciding with the scheduled Kafalat payment. The introduction is taking place in two steps:
- Phase 1 was launched earlier this month and ended up in the high-population districts of Punjab, Sindh, KP, and Balochistan.
- Phase 2 was started about July 1115, and saw the addition of over 80 districts, including AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, and far-flung areas.
The money is being disbursed using HBL Konnect agents, mobile campsites, and payment points controlled by BISP. If you haven’t received an SMS yet, don’t worry. Most regions are yet to distribute and your name can be among the upcoming distributed.
Who’s Eligible for July 2025?

For this program, the priority is given to girls, children of widowed or divorced women, and households with multiple enrolled children. You don’t need to apply separately if your child is already enrolled in the program. But if they’re newly enrolled in a new school, you should update the records at a BISP Tehsil office.
You may qualify for Taleemi Wazaif if:
- Your family is already registered under BISP
- Your child is enrolled in a public or recognized private school
- The child’s B-Form is linked to the mother’s CNIC
- The child has at least 70% attendance in the school term

Why This Matters
How this stipend may appear small; to a large number of families it is the only thing that goes at all in keeping kids in school. Uniform, books, charges, even bus fare are difficult to afford when each rupee is precious.
When you show up to check on the status of your child, confirm that your child is enrolled and ensure that attendance records are updated, you are not merely reaping the cash benefit, rather ensuring that your child is on the path of education.
It can also assist BISP to maintain clean system. Program goes smoothly when the families are responsible in updating their data and to report error.
