The CM Green Tractor Program Phase 03 delivers a relief package for the small and medium farmers to increase crop yield and agricultural development. The Punjab government will give small and large tractors based on the farmers’ requirements.

Who can apply for Green Tractor Phase 03?
The farmers who meet the following requirements can apply for this program:
- Must be a resident of Punjab.
- Having a valid CNIC and an active mobile number.
- Landowner of 1–50 acres.
- Land holding must be verified by the PRC (Punjab Land Record system).
- The applicant who has already received a Tractor under previous phases is not eligible.
How to Apply Online for the CM Green Tractor Scheme 2025?
To apply for the Tractor Scheme, follow the steps:
- Visit the official Green Tractor website.
- Create an account by using your CNIC and a valid mobile number.
- Fill in with personal, land, and farming details.
- Select the tractor category and subsidy from the list.
- Upload required documents such as scanned CNIC, landholding proof, and a photograph.
- Submit the application form.
- After approval, you will receive an affordable tractor.

The Green Tractor Phase 3 Program is expected to start in the upcoming days of October 2025. The last date has also not been announced. Farmers should check from official website regularly.
The balloting process will start after verification as per government instructions. The distribution process is also assumed to be arranged by authorized agents.
